What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor Field Application Specialist (FAS) and UAS Operations teams
- Oversee planning and execution of medical delivery UAS programs, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Deliver customer training and develop training materials while ensuring operational proficiency
- Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations for prospects and partners
- Represent the employer at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Minimum of 6 years in UAS operations or product application roles
- Experience conducting customer-facing demonstrations or training
- Strong troubleshooting and mission-planning experience
- Proficiency with market-relevant payloads and comfortable traveling 50-70%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in military reconnaissance, FPV, tactical logistics, or similar missions
- Background in law enforcement applications such as DFR, SAR, or accident reconstruction
- Familiarity with MAVLink-based UAS
- Proficiency with Teams, SharePoint, and CRM tools (HubSpot)
