What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide management with financial data, information, and analysis for operational and investment decisions
- Perform month-end and year-end closing tasks, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
- Research and resolve account discrepancies in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Compile and review financial reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders
- Assist with interim reporting and prepare for audits as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, preferably in healthcare
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills across various organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial reconciliation procedures
- Proven project management skills and experience with special projects
