What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual operational budgets and investigate budget-related issues
- Collaborate with various business partners, including program and regional personnel
- Create financial models and analyses to support business decision-making
- Communicate financial data clearly to identify growth opportunities and manage risks
- Work independently with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in budgeting and planning for a multi-facility organization
- Strong foundation in accounting and budgeting concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and synthesize complex information
- Successful completion of post-offer requirements, including background checks and health screenings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in behavioral health or similar industry
- Familiarity with financial modeling software or advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data effectively
