      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end payroll processing for Argentina, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations
      - Oversee payroll tax operations, including reconciliations and statutory filings
      - Serve as the subject matter expert on payroll legislation and labor laws for the four countries
      - Manage vendor performance and resolve payroll-related issues with internal teams and external partners
      - Support payroll-related projects focused on automation and process optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
      - 5-7+ years of progressive payroll experience, specifically managing multi-country payroll in LATAM and/or Canada
      - Strong hands-on experience with payroll tax compliance and statutory reporting for Argentina, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico
      - Experience with global payroll platforms, particularly ADP Celergo
      - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and payroll accounting principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) Certifications such as PCP or CPM
      - Brazil Payroll/eSocial expertise or formal training
      - Experience in a multinational or shared services environment
      - Knowledge of LATAM payroll compliance certifications or country-specific tax/labor law training
      - Familiarity with ticketing/case management systems like ServiceNow or Jira
