      As a Sr. Market Research Project Manager in the Insights group, you are a partner to the Insights & Strategies Manager in consistently delivering quality outcomes that demonstrates significant progress toward building a holistic understanding of the Clients' business, industry and information needs that enable them to strengthen bonds between their brand and customers.

      Your focus will be the efficient and effective execution of all aspects of the research workflow to support delivery of insight-based solutions that drive Client Business Success.

      As a member of cross-functional project teams you will ensure the integrity of the research workflow to achieve our promise to clients. Guide (internal and client) teams by keeping them informed and on track, removing obstacles, anticipating and communicating next steps.

      The role can be based in our Dallas or Greensboro, NC offices, but it could potentially be a remote position for qualified candidates in other U.S. locations. #LI-Remote

      • Have a fundamental understanding of a broad array of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies/tools.
      • Consistently demonstrates the ability to balance both the micro (project details) and macro (understanding how all aspects of the engagement are interrelated, and how they ladder up to client objectives).
      • Consistently delivers quality inputs needed to enable analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations that create a clear narrative with meaningful impact for the client.
      • Demonstrates ownership of the progress and integrity of the entire research project.
      • Continually demonstrates a learning orientation to master skills.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Meaningfully contribute to team/client meetings and presentations.
      • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
      • Know when and where it is necessary to get involved in any aspect of the day-to-day to support the team and maintain progress.
      • Typically, you will need 3+ years of relevant market research experience, ideally on the supplier side, to meet the requirements for this role.
