      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase
      - Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across all project phases
      - Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams for project execution
      - Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, providing counsel to the Account/Portfolio Manager
      - Supervise and manage the performance and development of project managers and other team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
      - Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
      - At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - Proven leadership and consultation abilities

      - Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees within a project management context
      - Familiarity with government laws and regulations related to project management
