What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the proposal preparation team, including subject matter experts, writers, and graphic artists
- Lead proposal management processes, ensuring compliance and quality through effective planning and execution
- Collaborate with business development staff and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals
- Write and synthesize proposal narratives and oral presentation materials in a timely manner
- Mentor junior proposal managers and writers to enhance team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or an engineering-related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a proposal management role within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-contractor proposal teams effectively
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling marketing-oriented narratives
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in energy, utilities, environmental site assessment, and sustainability initiatives
- Master's degree in business, communications, marketing, or an engineering-related discipline
- APMP certifications or continued education in proposal-related subjects
