      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and guide a team of 10 to 20 enrollment advisors through a period of change
      - Drive team productivity and performance in a consultative, phone-based sales environment
      - Establish structure, expectations, and accountability to maintain team morale and performance
      - Develop and document sales processes, including scripts and objection frameworks
      - Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance team skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience leading an inside sales team of 10 to 20 reps in a growth phase
      - Demonstrated success in high-ticket phone sales environments ($3K to $10K+ programs)
      - Strong command of sales metrics and CRM reporting
      - Experience in coaching within a high-velocity, short-cycle sales environment
      - Track record of consistent team quota attainment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years managing enrollment teams in education or coaching-related programs
      - Experience navigating teams through pricing shifts or product launches
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
      - Background in structured sales methodology training or coaching
      - Remote team leadership experience
