      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across the special assets portfolio to identify trends and early warning indicators of credit deterioration
      - Develop and maintain analytical dashboards that track key portfolio metrics including default rates and loss severity
      - Monitor and evaluate vendor performance in executing default monitoring and portfolio surveillance activities
      - Conduct comprehensive post-mortem analysis on defaulted loans to identify policy gaps or exceptions
      - Analyze valuation assessment quality and accuracy by comparing origination valuations to market performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field required; Master's degree preferred
      - 5-7 years of professional experience in credit analytics, portfolio analysis, or related fields
      - Experience analyzing defaulted loan portfolios from an analytical perspective preferred
      - Background in residential real estate investment analysis, construction lending economics, or mortgage portfolio analytics
      - Experience evaluating third-party vendor performance or managing offshore service provider relationships preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in credit risk assessment, underwriting quality control, or loan review
      - Familiarity with business intelligence or data analytics in financial services
      - Knowledge of property valuation methodology or investment analytics
      - Proven ability to conduct vendor management and performance analytics
