      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and continuously improve talent acquisition workflows, standards, and operational governance
      - Serve as the primary owner of the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and system optimization
      - Identify and design solutions for operational bottlenecks to enhance hiring processes
      - Own operational reporting and dashboards, delivering insights on key performance indicators
      - Develop and deliver training to recruiters and hiring managers on systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruiting systems roles
      - Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices
      - Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters
      - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management certification (PMP or similar)
      - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
