      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable Workday solutions
      - Design and configure global Calibration processes in Workday, building biannual talent review cycles
      - Lead the Workday functional workstream for Succession Planning, serving as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
      - Manage merit and compensation data conversion, ensuring rigorous data validation processes
      - Act as an escalation point for high-complexity technical issues across HCM, Compensation, and Talent

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with 3+ years in Talent and Core Compensation modules
      - Advanced configuration skills across HCM, Security, Core Compensation, and Talent & Performance
      - Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to drive mid-sized Workday projects independently
      - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
      - Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Core Compensation, Talent & Performance)
      - Experience with M&A integrations and global expansion in Workday
      - Familiarity with DocuSign integration and advanced document configuration
      - Experience working on Workday Extend projects as a functional lead or business analyst
      - Background in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies
