What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete real-time updates and maintenance in the work order management system
- Handle inbound dispatch calls via the Five9 phone system
- Create and assign work orders to technician offices, ensuring timely execution
- Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, and Zendesk
- Provide order status updates and maintain ongoing communication with technician offices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the satellite or telecom industry
- Strong team player with a high level of integrity and motivation
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with U.S. geographic regions and route planning using Google Maps
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience dispatching or routing technicians nationwide
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 (training provided for the right candidate)
