What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly impact a variety of Stars measures and activities, including Medication Adherence and quality improvement plans
- Review and audit charts to ensure accurate documentation and identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Utilize data and reporting to drive decision-making and prioritize work efforts
- Conduct telephonic outreach with members, providers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Document completed work efforts accurately and assist with day-to-day quality tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of the Medicare Star ratings program and its influence
- Experience in the healthcare industry and/or health insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program preferred
