What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support leadership in establishing economically viable business strategies in response to Pentagon procurement changes
- Conduct detailed financial modeling for strategic customer and supply base investment deals
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver impactful analytical work products
- Manage a monthly reporting cadence to align priorities across multiple critical projects
- Build consensus among senior executives on strategies for accelerated production and financial benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Commercial experience in building deal-type models in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting
- Proficient Excel modeling skills; case study submission required for candidates
- Experience presenting complex information clearly and concisely
- Leadership experience guiding teams of at least 3 individual contributors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Higher education in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Business operating experience
- Experience in business strategy or capital allocation strategy
- Proven ability to create consensus through influential communication
