What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the Clinical Contact Center, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction
- Supervise a team of 20-25 triage nurses, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management
- Participate in clinical education and continuous improvement projects to enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient navigation and access to care
- Conduct qualitative analysis to identify areas for improvement in telehealth services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience in tertiary care
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience in a specialty area
- Two (2) or more years of telephonic nurse triage experience preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with technology platforms used in telehealth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of nursing and telehealth research practices
