What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and process daily inventory transactions to ensure system accuracy
- Ensure batch records are produced for all bulk and packaged goods in collaboration with CMOs
- Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating discrepancies
- Create and maintain routine reports on inventory transactions
- Audit "master data" to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position
- Basic understanding of D365 F&O ERP and inventory modules
- High proficiency in Advanced Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Extreme attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SQL for basic database queries or Power BI for data visualization
