- Be part of a team driving measurable outcomes across critical supply chain workstreams
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned supply chain transformation workstreams
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and technology teams
- Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting, risk visibility, and issue escalation
- Track benefits realization and support value measurement where applicable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading projects or workstreams within supply chain, operations, logistics, sourcing, or warehouse environments
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies
- Strong project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, and dependency management
- Ability to translate business and operational needs into actionable project plans
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience in supply chain COE or operating model transformation
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Experience supporting process improvement, technology enablement, and change adoption
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
