      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and remote help desk services to clients, escalating issues when necessary
      - Review current systems and make recommendations for improving efficiency and reliability
      - Identify recurring issues in clients' environments and proactively suggest enhancements
      - Maintain accurate client documentation and comply with service administrative procedures
      - Communicate efficiently with both technical and non-technical end users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Current certifications such as MCSA, CMNA, CCENT, CCA, VCA, EMC-SA, BAIS, A+, N+, or Security+ preferred
      - Solid understanding of network operating systems, applications, and services in a client environment
      - Proficiency with business collaboration tools, including MS Office applications
      - Strong communication skills and ability to maintain collaborative relationships at all organizational levels
