      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full lifecycle of support cases, troubleshooting and documenting each case effectively
      - Guide users on how to utilize products and keep them informed of case progress and updates
      - Provide timely and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Document known solutions for common issues in the customer support knowledge base
      - Communicate product enhancements or bug fixes to users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Positive and professional attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly
      - Experience in a technical/software support position, preferably with helpdesk software like Zendesk
      - Strong interpersonal, time-management, and organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer support role within the education technology sector
      - Familiarity with K-12 education systems and data management
