      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute full life cycle, high volume recruitment for a variety of roles, aiming for 140-160 hires annually
      - Conduct kick-off calls with hiring managers to understand role requirements and establish communication protocols
      - Generate and manage a diverse candidate pool using various sourcing methods and metrics-driven approaches
      - Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit
      - Support the management and growth of the employer's employment brand across social media platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within commercial real estate or property management
      - Prior Workday ATS experience is a plus
      - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building and managing candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
      - Familiarity with recruitment strategies for sourcing both repeatable and niche skill sets
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
