      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational needs
      - Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes focused on data protection and regulatory compliance
      - Collaborate with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition leaders to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement
      - Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions while troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis
      - Provide guidance, support, and training to HR and Talent Acquisition teams on Workday functionalities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business
      - Five years of relevant experience in HR technology or systems
      - Three years of experience configuring and supporting Workday
      - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
      - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

      - Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business
