What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze system requirements and develop recruiting and onboarding solutions that ensure functionality meets business needs
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Identify opportunities and solutions to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve data flow
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrations between the recruiting module and other platforms
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of relevant IT experience working in HCM platforms
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems in organizations of 1,000+ employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Demonstrated experience in software testing, IT systems validation, and agile/hybrid development lifecycles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Prosuite
- Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes to support seamless HCM integrations
- Knowledge of SaaS integration patterns, including the use of APIs
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Smartsheet for requirement and project tracking
