      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct external talent market research to inform strategic workforce decisions
      - Monitor and analyze external talent market trends and opportunities
      - Create and maintain documentation on employee value propositions and talent strategies of competitors
      - Evaluate and compare Northrop Grumman's people strategy against competitors
      - Communicate insights and recommendations to executive audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Level 2: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a relevant Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or a relevant PhD with 0 years of experience
      - Level 3: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 1 year of relevant experience
      - Strong curiosity and analytical skills to address complex questions
      - Understanding of HR metrics and domains such as talent acquisition and performance
      - Experience in conducting competitive intelligence or related business/HR research

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of formal Competitive Intelligence training and/or certification (e.g., ACI)
      - Degree in a quantitative or social sciences field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology)
      - Knowledge of the aerospace industry
