What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct remote stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation sessions
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Develop business cases and propose process improvement solutions
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO in the absence of the Program Manager
- Manage on-site and remote personnel across the designated Area of Operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant business analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations or equivalent private sector IT management experience
- Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior military service or Army Reserve experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program management certification
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification
- DoD 8140/8570 compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CAP)
