What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface directly with DMS partners and OEM/lender partners to perform business analysis and manage specifications
- Certify new partners on existing integrations and existing partners on new integrations
- Conduct UAT testing and manage change requests and specification updates
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze and resolve integration issues
- Document procedures and create detailed technical specifications for internal and external audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 3-5 years of experience working with commercial integrations, preferably in Automotive Retail
- Hands-on experience with data representation technologies (XML, JSON)
- Basic SQL and Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and SQL Server
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in creating documentation around change requests and technical specifications
