- Create and update Help Files, user guides, and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Produce KnowledgeBase articles, release notes, and training materials
- Optimize and maintain templates and policies related to healthcare documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills tailored for multiple audiences
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and document collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and version control practices
