      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
      - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution approaches, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities
      - Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to support requirements and troubleshoot issues
      - Support system integrations by documenting data mappings, system-to-system flows, and API or interface requirements
      - Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
      - 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role with increasing technical responsibility
      - Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including joins, data validation, and troubleshooting across complex datasets
      - Experience working with system integrations, APIs, or data flows across enterprise systems
      - Strong understanding of compliance considerations including HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, and audit-driven requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting Agile teams and delivering requirements in iterative development environments
      - Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira for backlog management and requirements tracking
      - Experience documenting technical requirements, data mappings, and system behavior with a high level of accuracy and detail
      - Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern application architectures (e.g., AWS, microservices concepts)
