What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire and maintain technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Provide guidance and support to customers on installation, operation, and troubleshooting
- Record and report all pertinent information on product problems
- Assist other departments with technical information
- Perform service calls on problem equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years related experience
- Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware, Windows Operating Systems, and Applications
- Experience in troubleshooting and servicing electromechanical equipment
- Direct customer interaction experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in direct customer interaction on the phone or in-person
