What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high-volume patient caseload for children and adults with eating disorders via telehealth
- Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
- Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual clinic setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and communicate effectively through Equip EMR
- Engage in treatment team meetings and perform other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
- Active Physician Assistant license in California with a commitment to pursue cross-licensing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Strong commitment to providing evidence-based care and advancing clinical skills
- Effective communication skills with patients and their caregivers
