- Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects
- Document all customer interactions accurately using provided tools
- Provide high-level customer service solutions to clients daily
- Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
- Perform data capture and entry as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of actual call center experience, working with an automatic dialer and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice
- High-level people skills, active listening skills, and strong communication skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer service in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with data entry and customer interaction documentation tools
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
