What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize data analysis skills for research, remediation, case management, and troubleshooting to support consumers obtaining health insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service via a cloud-based telephony solution to gather information and inform consumers about their case outcomes
- Contribute to workflow investigations, business procedures, and process improvements
- Independently triage, adjudicate, and escalate consumer dispute cases requiring advanced expertise
- Work an eight-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience following defined processes or assignments
- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US and a resident for at least 3 years within the last 5 years
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility and engagement to meet daily expectations and adapt to changes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with complex data analytics and advanced problem-solving
- Ability to remain engaged in a remote work environment
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
