      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a volume-driven and profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers
      - Build sales through active communication with existing and potential customers regarding new product launches, services, and discounts
      - Maintain accurate call history within the CRM system and collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales
      - Develop remedial action plans to meet or exceed customer development and sales targets on a weekly basis
      - Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory to inform sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
      - Proficient sales ability with the capability to create and implement a robust sales plan
      - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of HVAC products, services, customers, and market trends
      - Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings/plans
      - Experience using internal systems like CRM and expense reporting
