- Identify and cultivate new agency relationships
- Execute detailed marketing plans effectively
- Conduct training seminars for agencies
- Evaluate agency relationships for profitability and attend industry conventions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and time management abilities
- Working knowledge of insurance operations, including claims, coverage, products, and underwriting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in public speaking and conducting training sessions
- Previous experience in sales within the insurance industry
