What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform functional testing of Maintenance & Operations (M&O) systems
- Develop and execute test cases using Selenium automation and manual testing methodologies
- Document defects and collaborate with design, development, and operations teams
- Provide accessibility strategy consulting and conduct accessibility testing for web applications
- Maintain large-scale application testing and develop automated testing scripts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analysis and testing
- At least 5 years of experience in web-based (.Net application) testing
- Knowledge of SDLC with a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in SQL database and tools such as HP ALM, Selenium Web Driver, and Selenium IDE
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing test automation scripts and utilizing automated testing tools (3 years preferred)
- ISTQB certification or IIST certification in software testing
- Familiarity with QTP/UFT and mainframe knowledge
- Understanding of web development languages and techniques, including HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with mobile apps for accessibility testing
