      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets by selling products from various brands to end-user customers in the assigned territory
      - Develop and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts and programs
      - Mentor local market teams on end-user development processes and purchasing execution
      - Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives
      - Utilize SalesForce.com as a CRM tool to communicate successes and streamline processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred; relevant construction experience can substitute for education
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven sales record
      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
      - Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors
      - Familiarity with the construction industry and related products
      - Demonstrated ability to achieve top-line sales results
      - Knowledge of CRM systems beyond SalesForce.com
