What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with patient records to improve data capture of demographic information
- Identify areas of improvement within the revenue cycle
- Create and implement new processes to enhance trip information and increase revenue
- Communicate with customers to assist with trip enrichment
- Assist with report review and quality assurance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- One (1) year of work experience in AMR PODS preferred
- Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines related to ambulance billing
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software and computer functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
