What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with front desk operations and provide administrative support at both the University Apartments Office and Apartment Facilities Office
- Perform clerical tasks, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff, addressing questions and concerns regarding apartment maintenance and community projects
- Serve as a liaison between residents and facilities office for ongoing projects in occupied apartments
- Assist with special projects, including inventory management and project surveys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Successful completion of a confidential criminal background check
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s license that meets employer risk management standards
- Knowledge of University Housing and University Apartments operations is preferred
- Experience with office procedures and familiarity with University Apartments buildings is advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working in a customer service role or administrative position within a university or similar setting
- Familiarity with computer systems used for data entry and reporting purposes
