What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop research strategies and conduct end-to-end research to enhance both user-facing and technical back-end experiences
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to identify key research questions and execute relevant research
- Adapt research methods to fit diverse team environments, addressing varying technical complexities and working styles
- Recruit and manage a diverse participant database of teachers, students, and administrators for user research
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, effectively communicating results to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end research in the product development process
- Strong technical background with the ability to learn complex systems and translate requirements into user research frameworks
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, able to present research findings with a user-centric perspective
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer relationship management experience
- Experience conducting research on technical back-end systems or B2B software platforms
- Degree or prior experience in education, HCI, technology, design, or user research
