      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct intake calls with prospective and existing family law clients
      - Collect and organize client information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      - Support overall client experience through clear and professional communication
      - Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients regarding their cases
      - Manage and monitor client invoices and billing support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Full-time availability aligned with CST business hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST)
      - Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic
      - Ability to communicate confidently in English
      - Experience in a client-facing legal environment is preferred
      - Comfortable navigating high volumes of intake and follow-up calls
