What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through their initial inquiries
- Communicate updates and relevant information to the attorney and the team
- Follow up with potential clients via phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system
- Support the law firm's efforts to convert leads into new clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in client intake, sales, customer service, or legal intake preferred
- Familiarity with legal terminology or law firm environments is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is strongly preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone presence and ability to build trust quickly with potential clients
