      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads, guiding potential clients through the initial consultation process
      - Follow established intake scripts and qualification guidelines to assess leads
      - Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients
      - Manage and convert inbound calls into qualified cases while handling high call volumes
      - Accurately document client information in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability for daytime shifts during the first 6 to 8 months (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
      - Ability to handle a call volume expectation of 45+ calls per day
      - Excellent command of the English language
      - Experience using CRM systems and VoIP phone systems
      - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
