      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle intake calls, gather accurate details, and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate team members
      - Support the Managing Partner with ad hoc administrative tasks and client communications
      - Maintain accurate client records and timelines to enhance operational efficiency
      - Assist with follow-up tasks to keep cases moving and ensure client satisfaction
      - Conduct basic research related to client matters and contact third parties to resolve client issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service or sales
      - Strong organizational and planning skills
      - Clear, professional, and persuasive communication abilities
      - Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments
      - Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new tools and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace
      - Proven ability to handle client calls and intake processes confidently
      - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
