What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote CSL Seqirus products to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Public Health accounts
- Negotiate product formulary acceptance and obtain contract commitments for vaccine sales
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and identify new opportunities
- Conduct collaborative meetings with team members to execute tactical sales plans
- Cultivate relationships with internal departments to support business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
- 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or B2B sales or relevant healthcare/clinical experience
- Proven ability to establish communication and engagement with customers
- Willingness to travel for overnight meetings as needed
- Business title will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in scientific communication and customer engagement strategies
- Knowledge of influenza vaccine market and related healthcare policies
- Previous experience in developing strategic key account business plans
