What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute validation protocols for automated systems, including Installation/Operation Qualifications and Performance Qualifications
- Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation documents
- Document customer feedback and act as the technical expert during the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Microbiology QC Labs or Validation
- Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and form professional relationships with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and competence in a range of microbiological methods
- Knowledge of GxPs, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Project management experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic approach to work
