What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project execution through the full lifecycle, including budget, schedule, and scope, while addressing risks
- Create and execute project work plans and adjust as necessary to meet evolving requirements
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers for resources
- Develop implementation plans that outline cost-benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI)
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional business experience
- PMP Certification and/or prior experience with various project management methodologies
- 3-5 years of experience in program, project, and change management
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management software and agile methodologies
- Demonstrated success in project management and implementation
- Ability to analyze situations and evaluate effective solutions to problems
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
