What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call and receive calls from clients to discuss insurance options
- Schedule appointments for clients interested in benefits
- Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom
- Complete applications for insurance products
- Participate in ongoing optional training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be motivated and eager to grow within the organization
- No prior industry experience is required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Enthusiastic and hard-working attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with insurance products or financial services
- Experience using Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to participate in optional training sessions
