What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Engage in continuous learning and collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates
- Utilize specific clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually
- Participate in daily huddles to enhance team communication and efficiency
- Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on transforming healthcare delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed an accredited PA program with national certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the past 5 years
- Current licensure in Virginia with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Availability to work weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
