      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling pre- and post-sale activities
      - Collaborate with outside sales personnel to ensure comprehensive customer support
      - Proactively follow up on warm marketing leads and provide requested quotes
      - Maintain customer databases and document activities using CRM systems
      - Identify opportunities for expanding sales through additional products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
      - 1-3 years of technical experience preferred, particularly in vacuum equipment or technical product sales
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail
      - Valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish
      - Familiarity with MS Office products
      - Experience in a customer-focused role with a collaborative spirit
      - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and adaptability
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
