      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support setup and execution of in-person and virtual learning events, including registration and tech checks
      - Maintain and update materials in learning management systems (LMS) and track engagement data
      - Respond to program inquiries and prepare participant-facing materials
      - Coordinate calendars for facilitators and track key deadlines using project management tools
      - Assist with specific special projects aligned with the Leadership Development Institute’s strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in key job responsibilities
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Proficiency in digital and learning systems administration
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Experience in event coordination and stakeholder support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle or Canvas
      - Familiarity with assessment tools like CliftonStrengths® or Emergenetics
      - Previous work experience in a leadership development or educational setting
      - Strong project management skills
      - Ability to contribute to data tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
