What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure Health and Safety is prioritized by complying with all safe work practices and policies
- Generate revenue growth for all lines of business, including Safety Kleen and Clean Harbors Field Services
- Utilize methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging internal and external leads
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement market strategies and business goals
- Communicate effectively with local Business Development agents regarding service capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of environmental industry and/or sales experience
- Experience in business development and revenue enhancement required
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel weekly with approximately 30% overnight travel expected
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with waste determination and waste disposal technologies
- Familiarity with a CRM program, with Salesforce as an added bonus
